Responsibilities will include:
- Appear in court and litigate at court hearings for our clients.
- Meet and/or communicate with clients, answer questions, and prepare them for court hearings.
- Oversee the preparation of pleadings, discovery, and all other necessary documentation.
- Draft RFOs, Motions, DVROs, and respond to the opposing party's pleadings and discovery.
- Work with our staff to manage the case files and ensure that the client is properly serviced.
