A Family, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury Law Firm, a well-established practice with over 17 years of success in family law, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of family law trial experience to join our growing team. - Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, and adoptions.
- Represent clients in hearings and trials across West Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals to provide exceptional client service.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and advocacy.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas State Bar license (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of family law practice, with trial experience.
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team environment.
