We're hiring a family law attorney to handle divorce, custody, child support, DSS cases, and other domestic matters. You'll need to be confident in court, able to handle your own files, and comfortable working directly with clients. This position also allows for the growth of your own client base over time.
Duties:
- Handle family court cases from start to finish
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and orders
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Meet with clients and give clear, honest advice
- Keep files up to date and stay on top of deadlines
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in South Carolina
- Prior family court experience preferred
- Must be organized, dependable, and able to manage a full caseload
- Good courtroom presence and solid writing skills
