Our law firm is seeking a motivated Family Law Associate Attorney to join our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, meaningful client interaction, and professional growth in a supportive environment.Responsibilities include:
- Handling family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment issues
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Appearing in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
- Communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Managing cases with appropriate supervision and guidance
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey
- 1–5 years of family law experience preferred (newer attorneys with strong interest encouraged to apply)
- Strong writing, organizational, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
