Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family law, exceptional financial analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in Family Law.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents, including correspondence, Financial Affidavits, discovery, pleadings and pre-trials.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and Court proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management and client communication.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in Illinois.
- 3 years of experience practicing Family Law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
