Description:Do You Want to Practice Family Law Without Being Left to Figure It Out Alone?
Whether you are newly licensed or have prior family law experience, this position is built to meet you where you are.
At The Alsandor Law Firm, we do not expect new lawyers to arrive knowing everything—and we do not expect experienced lawyers to work without support. Instead, we provide structure, guidance, and systems that allow attorneys at different stages of their careers to practice family law with clarity and confidence.
You'll work within an established family law practice with experienced litigation staff and direct access to mentorship from a board-certified family law attorney. Expectations are clear, supervision is appropriate to your experience; collaboration—not isolation—is how work gets done.
If You Are a Newly Licensed Attorney:
- You will receive training, supervision, and clear direction
- You will not be sent to court unprepared
- You will learn how to draft pleadings, communicate with clients, and manage cases correctly
- Questions are expected—and encouraged
If You Are an Experienced Attorney:
- You will have litigation and administrative support, not unnecessary micromanagement
- You can focus on advocacy, strategy, and client representation
- You will have access to mentorship and collaboration, not practice in a silo
- You'll work in a firm that values sound judgment, professionalism, and balance
