Description:
Job Summary:Most family law job postings tell you the firm is "passionate about helping families," "fast-growing," and looking for "highly motivated" attorneys. You've read fifty of them this week. None of them tell you anything about what working there is actually like.
This one will.
If you went to law school because you wanted the work to matter, and family law has not delivered on that, keep reading.
Avalos Family Trial Attorney is a Texas family law firm with offices in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. Our founder built Single Mom Attorney, one of the largest legal education platforms for women navigating family law. Many of our clients find us through that platform. They arrive understanding our approach, already trusting us, and ready to work. The first conversation isn't about whether you're competent. It's about strategy.
That changes the daily experience. The cases are still hard, the clients are still in the worst moments of their lives, but the relationship starts further down the field. You spend your day lawyering, not selling yourself.
The Work
- Run your own family law docket from day one
