Description:

We are seeking an attorney, with 0-3 years of California family law experience, a professional demeanor, excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the daily assignments that arise in an active caseload. Prefer candidates be experienced in preparing and responding to family law motions, requests for orders, and discovery/discovery motions, as well as hearing and trial preparation, and court appearances. However, willing to work with a new attorney.

Candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Prefer candidates who have experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs, and addressing sophisticated legal issues in complex family law matters. Experience with trials, taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, and representation at hearings preferred. Must be able to work well in a team environment, have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and have a strong desire to develop and advance his or her legal career.
