Family Law Attorney
Position Summary:
We are seeking a family law attorney with at least 1 year of experience in family law. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is client centric and eager to be part of a tight-knit legal team. Compensation:
Base pay
$100k - $185k annually (depending on experience)

Bonus
30% of the total amount billed and collected by attorney over the minimum annual billable requirement (paid annually)

One or more years' experience in estate planning
License/Certifications:
Colorado Bar License (Required)

Salary:
$100,000 - $185,000 per year
30% of the total amount billed and collected by attorney over the minimum annual billable requirement (paid annually)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with and providing legal representation for clients
- Collaborating closely with firm owners, attorneys, and paralegals to develop case strategies and provide the highest quality of service possible for clients
- Contributing to a team centric culture
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in family law
- At least one year of trial or litigation experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients and manage multiple cases effectively
Preferred Experience:
One or more years' experience in estate planning
License/Certifications:
Colorado Bar License (Required)
Work Location:
- In-Person at our Denver office (paid garage parking)
- Partial remote work is allowed (up to two days per week) after the first 90 days
Salary:
$100,000 - $185,000 per year
