About the Job:This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at A Personal Injury Lawyer. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of family law cases including divorce, child custody, child support, and adoption. The attorney will also be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing and attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements. The position and salary is adaptable to the attorney, from Junior Associate to Partner level.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Law and Family Law
- Experience in handling legal issues related to Family Law
- Ability to prepare and file Motions and Depositions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar
- Prior experience in Family Law is a plus
