Boyd Law APC is a premier California family law and civil litigation firm with five offices statewide. We are seeking a skilled, motivated Associate Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing San Francisco team.Responsibilities
- Independently manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and court appearances
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft motions, declarations, RFOs, and other pleadings
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Maintain billable hour expectations in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentQualifications
- Active California State Bar license in good standing (required)
- 3+ years of family law experience (required)
- Courtroom and deposition experience (required)
- Clio experience a plus
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
