- This position is also ideal for attorneys working in firms who struggle for flexibility in the workday or desire a better work/life balance with pay that reflects the contribution of the attorney.
- Smith & Smith Law Office is looking for an attorney with a minimum of two years' experience. Less experience may also apply. The position is full-time with standard workday availability Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Hybrid work is available following probationary onboard training period.
- Salary is $100,000 to $110,000 per year (depending on experience) with annual bonus directly connected to the attorney's contribution to the firm's revenue. Also offered is paid time off, paid holidays, match SEP IRA, and health insurance stipends.
