Griffiths Law PC is seeking a litigation attorney, preferably with trial advocacy experience, for our family law group. Candidates with recent Colorado licensure or a few years of experience are encouraged to apply. The position involves working alongside a shareholder or partner handling complex divorce cases, and parenting disputes. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who can work to develop skills in order to manage a demanding case load, work with complex financial issues, partake in court appearances, and deal with clients managing emotional situations. Family law experience is strongly encouraged, but not required.Responsibilities include the ability to work independently, prepare spreadsheets, handle trials/court appearances, draft pleadings, briefs, and settlement proposals. Compensation includes a base salary and potential bonuses, with a fair estimate for total compensation between $100,000-$125,000 per year, depending on job performance and level of experience.
While we do offer flexibility, this position will be primarily in-person in our Lone Tree office.
