Griffiths Law is seeking a litigation attorney preferably with trial experience for our family law group. Candidates with 2+ years of experience are encouraged to apply. The position involves handling complex divorce cases, and parenting disputes and you will receive exposure to cases not found in the typical Internet firm. The ideal candidate can manage a demanding case load, has skill in financial issues, court appearances, and dealing with clients managing emotional situations. Family law experience is required.Responsibilities include the ability to work independently, analyze and organize complex financial documents, prepare spreadsheets, handle trials, draft pleadings, briefs, and settlement proposals. Compensation includes a base salary and commissions earned, with a fair estimate for total compensation between $150,000-$250,000 per year, depending on job performance and level of experience.
