What You'll Do:

Represent clients in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, property division, and more.
Conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, and negotiate settlements that align with client goals.
Provide empathetic legal counsel to clients, navigating complex and emotional family law matters.
Advocate for clients in court, including trials, hearings, and other proceedings.
Work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
Stay ahead of trends in family law by participating in professional development and firm-sponsored training.
Engage in business development by networking and attending community outreach events.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years of family law experience (bonus points for a portable book of business).
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Florida Bar Membership: Active and in good standing.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
Character: You're compassionate, client-focused, and thrive in a collaborative setting.
