Who You Are:
You've been practicing family law for at least three years and feel confident managing cases from start to finish — including contested hearings and permanent orders. You're licensed in Colorado and reside somewhere along the Front Range, are comfortable traveling between Colorado Springs and the Denver metro area for court and client needs. You're comfortable in the courtroom, thoughtful in your strategy, and grounded in communication.

What the Role Looks Like
This is a litigation‑heavy position with a mix of remote work and in‑person obligations. You will conduct some initial consultations with clients seeking legal representation to help provide strategy and guidance. You'll meet clients in our Colorado Springs office for mediations and virtual hearings, and you'll appear in person for court matters throughout the region.

Compensation and Structure
  • $85-150k total base salary + commission with a 100‑hour monthly billable requirement
  • Bonus for additional hours bills and origination paid on all cases brought in

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
