Description:
Davis & Associates is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our growing and established practice serving clients throughout the Cleveland and Akron areas.This position offers a unique combination of independence and support. The attorney will manage their own family law caseload and have significant autonomy in handling matters, while benefiting from the resources, infrastructure, marketing, technology, and support of a well-established multi-state family law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, parenting time, and post-decree issues
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Develop case strategy and maintain regular client communication
- Work collaboratively with firm leadership and support staff to achieve excellent client outcomes
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar
- Litigation experience required
- Family law experience preferred
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and effectively
