Seeking a Family Lawyer with experience who would like a fresh start, flexible hours, hybrid remote and in-person work responsibilities, friendly environment with upward mobility, in a bustling small Maine town. I have an almost limitless supply of family law cases that can be channeled to the right associate. As any experienced attorney knows, this work is time and energy consuming. It takes patience and dedication. However, I will work with the prospective candidate to create a work schedule that works for him/her. The candidate would have his/her own work space and support staff in an interesting historic building (Fort Andross), access to mentoring, professional support and conference facilities, but able to create their own hours and work pace. Obviously, court obligations are not flexible, but as long as the work gets done in a professional and prompt fashion, all other issues of hours and structure are negotiable. Pay is also negotiable and commensurate with experience. I am open to an hourly rate, but also to the associate sharing in the hours billed. The energetic associate could be opening at least a case per week, and quickly achieve a case load of 30-45 clients. Family law is at its essence problem solving for people in need. My phone rings daily multiple times with individuals I cannot assist because my practice is full. I would be happy to spread the wealth.
