Description:

We're seeking an associate attorney to join our fast-growing Family Law practice. Initial salary is a base of $120,000 plus incentive of 10% of monthly revenue associate brings in above 30k (associate would be expected to bill at least 30k a month). We pay just under $500 toward health premiums. Associates can choose from a variety of insurance options.

Prior family law and litigation experience is strongly preferred. However, we are open to mentoring attorneys who are transitioning into family law or newer attorneys who are eager to learn and grow.

Our firm is based on Bainbridge Island, with most work conducted remotely. However, the role requires the ability to physically appear in court in Port Orchard, and ideally in other locations as needed. Kitsap County is our primary geographical area of practice.
