Job Title: Associate Attorney – Family Law (Washington State Licensed)Location: Remote (Court appearances in Kitsap County, WA required)
We're seeking a contract attorney to join our fast-growing Family Law practice (we added three associates and a paralegal in quarter 4 alone!). Compensation depends on experience and performance. Salary would commence after a paid trial period. The last candidate trial period was only a week. 50% health insurance paid. We are looking into 401k programs but don't have them yet.
While prior experience is preferred, we're open to mentoring attorney's wishing to change their practice area or newer attorneys who are eager to learn and grow.
Our firm is based on Bainbridge Island, with most work conducted remotely. However, the role requires the ability to appear in court in Port Orchard, and ideally in other locations as needed. Kitsap County is our primary geographical area of practice.
