This role is for a New Jersey family law attorney who wants to practice at a values-driven firm that recognizes successful employment relationships must be mutually satisfying.
What You'll Do:
- Bring your book of business and provable annual hours and own family law matters from strategy through resolution
- Expand your expertise, refine your skills, and take on increasingly complex and financially rewarding family law cases.
- Collaborate with our team of paralegals and legal assistants to support your work
- Maintain accountability for deadlines, workflow, and client experience
- Appear in court, mediations, and hearings as required
- Collaborate with firm leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Supercharge your growth mindset, contributing to the expansion of the firm
- Enjoy the mentorship provided by experienced, successful attorney leaders
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is licensed and in good standing with The New Jersey Bar
- Has 3+ years of focused-family law experience
- Is comfortable being accountable for basic KPIs
- Prefers a positive, values-driven culture.

- Is confident, steady, and emotionally intelligent
- Has a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
- PA license a plus!

This role offers:
