Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented mid to senior Associate Attorney to join our esteemed law firm. As a key member of our team, the Associate Attorney will play a vital role in supporting our legal practice, with a focus on various areas including family law litigation, alternative dispute resolution, trials, and consultation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of cases in court, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis, utilizing tools such as Westlaw, Co-counsel/Case text AI, to support client matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals to develop legal strategies and recommendations for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their legal needs and providing personalized support.
  • Work with CLIO client and document management systems.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the state where the position is located.
  • Experience in litigation, trials, criminal law, business litigation/transactions, civil litigation, and/or family law.
  • Strong research, discovery, and writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality legal documents.
  • Familiarity with legal administrative tasks, such as case management and client communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative workplace but can also work independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

  • Family law: 3 years (Required)
  • Business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
