A Family Lawyer & Divorce Attorney is seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years experience in Family law to join our team. This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Job Requirements:

Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload.
Must be familiar with drafting and reviewing discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, drafting pleadings and motions etc.
Must be able to work independently and comply with all law firm policies and procedures.
Must also be highly organized with strong research and writing skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be flexible with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Ability to work as a team member and independently handle various tasks.

This is a hybrid position and pays between $65K and $100K based on your qualifications. We are also open to those individuals who prefer to work less than a full-time schedule.
