Busy Family Law practice seeks an experienced family law associate to join our firm.

Responsibilities include preparing Supplemental Probate & Family Court Rule 410 disclosures and organizing reciprocal disclosures, propounding discovery and responding to discovery requests, drafting and serving motions, research, file management and organization and compiling financial information and preparing client Rule 401 financial statements.

Benefits include participation in firm retirement plan after 1 year of employment, two weeks paid vacation and health insurance for an individual without cost to the employee. Family plans are available with employee contribution to cost in excess of a single person plan.

At least one year of directly related family law experience is REQUIRED for this position with recommendations from an employer who has directly supervised the candidate's work. Inexperienced applicants will not be considered.
