Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Associate Attorney with a passion for family law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to grow within a collaborative boutique setting. You will work directly with clients, manage cases from start to finish, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and paternity cases
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
  • Maintain regular client communication and provide strategic legal counsel
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently
  • Participate in business development and firm marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
  • 1–3 years of experience in family law preferred (newly licensed attorneys with relevant internships or clerkships will be considered)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with sensitive client matters
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
