Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Associate Attorney with a passion for family law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to grow within a collaborative boutique setting. You will work directly with clients, manage cases from start to finish, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and paternity cases
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
Maintain regular client communication and provide strategic legal counsel
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently
Participate in business development and firm marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
1–3 years of experience in family law preferred (newly licensed attorneys with relevant internships or clerkships will be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with sensitive client matters
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
