Job Description:Under the direction of an Attorney, Law Clerks will become familiar with the laws related to employment-based immigration. How you will make a difference as a Law Clerk with Fragomen:
- Assist our Associates with case analysis and drafting letters.
- Prepare employment and family based applications and petitions.
- Draft pleadings and presentations to be filed with enforcement agencies.
- Conduct original research on current and proposed regulations, case law, and enforcement procedures.
- Write memorandums on a scope of immigration issues, including pro-bono work

- Strong academic performance (3.0 GPA or higher)
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in Immigration
- Law Review, Law Journal, Immigration Clinic and Moot Court experience
Compensation:
The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is:
$63,000.00 - $75,000.00
