Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft is seeking 3L candidates for a Fall 2026 first-year associate position in our Real Estate Finance practice. Applicants should have an interest in real estate and finance, specifically an interest in representing lenders in the financing of commercial properties. This role will involve conducting title, survey, lease and other commercial property diligence and working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties.Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, initiative, team orientation, and enthusiasm. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $225,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
