Description:
Springer & Steinberg, P.C., a downtown litigation firm is seeking an experienced transaction attorney to head up an interesting and varied transaction department which would include commercial real estate transactions, corporate transactions, contract matters, etc. A minimum of 8 years' experience required.Job Qualifications: Experienced transaction attorney capable of handling basic and complex corporate matters, commercial real estate agreement, contract drafting and negotiation, etc. (Currently licensed to practice in Colorado.) Candidates should be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic. Candidates should also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and have trial experience including arguing motions in state and federal court. In addition, candidate must have motion and brief writing experience with superior writing abilities.
