Experienced Transactional Real Estate Associate AttorneySneed, Vine & Perry, PC, established in 1926, is a growing, mid-size, progressive law firm with offices in Austin and Georgetown. The firm seeks a 4-8 year, experienced transactional real estate attorney to work in the Austin office, located just west of downtown in West Lake Hills. This attorney will be involved in the following types of real estate transactions:
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Leasing
- Financing
- Entity formation
- Land use
- Title insurance
Experience Requirements:
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing real estate documents
- Due diligence in title, zoning and environmental issues and solutions
- Negotiating skills on behalf of clients
- Providing strategic legal guidance to clients
- Management of transactions from initiation through closing
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
