Description & Requirements:A Transatlantic Law Firm seeks an experienced trademark lawyer to join its Trademarks, Copyrights, Privacy and IP Transactions Practice Group in the Firm's Raleigh, NC office.
The preferred candidate should have at least 4 years of active practice as a trademark lawyer, with particular experience in the areas of trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance, disputes, and enforcement action. Experience with copyright and/or advertising matters would also be valuable.
Candidates must be licensed or have the ability to become licensed in North Carolina. Candidates should also have strong analytical and organizational abilities, outstanding written and oral communication skills, a desire to work within a close-knit team, and excellent academic credentials.
