What You'll Do:
- Lead cases from start to finish with autonomy and strategic input
- Negotiate with insurance companies and manage settlements
- Supervise paralegals and optimize case workflows
- Draft pleadings, motions, and review discovery
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
- Active WA and/or OR Bar license (both preferred)
- Strong organization, client interaction, and drafting skills
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
