The Opportunity:
- This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of cases, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in growing a practice.
- You will have the opportunity to:
- Handle complex civil litigation and professional liability matters from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy and independently manage significant matters
- Research and analyze sophisticated legal issues
- Develop and execute discovery strategies
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage document-intensive litigation
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Prepare cases for trial
- Work directly with clients and develop long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas
- Build and expand your own practice with the support of the firm's business-development and marketing resources
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a Nevada-licensed attorney with at least three years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and a genuine passion for advocacy.

Compensation:
$130,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based compensation and a competitive benefits package.
