AV-rated, civil litigation firm has an opening in its Miami office for a
defense attorney with 8 to 15 years relevant litigation experience. The
ideal candidate should have experience in defending and taking
depositions of liability and damages experts, parties and fact
witnesses; along with attending Court hearings, mediations and trial
preparation. Additionally, the candidate should have defense experience
involving either trucking, cranes, construction defect, products
liability, medical malpractice and premises liability. The position will
further require drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and compliance
with guideline reporting and contemporaneous billing. Competitive base
