Position: Experienced Immigration, Family, and Litigation Attorney

Our Firm is seeking a highly skilled Attorney with substantial experience in immigration law, family law, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will bring not only technical expertise but also a disciplined, strategic approach to managing a diverse caseload with precision and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Licensed attorney with a J.D. or LL.M.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines with efficiency and organization.
Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage complex, high-volume matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and file briefs before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Represent clients at Asylum Officer Interviews, Adjustment of Status Interviews, Naturalization Interviews, and other USCIS proceedings.
Prepare and argue motions before the Board of Immigration Appeals; appear at Master Calendar Hearings, Individual Hearings, and Custody Re-Determination Hearings before the Immigration Court.
Draft and prepare family-based petitions, asylum applications, VAWA/abuse-based petitions, and naturalization applications.
Assemble evidentiary submissions for deportation/removal proceedings, including exhibit lists and client affidavits.
Work closely with clients, with a particular focus on serving members of the Chinese-American immigrant community.
Handle contested and uncontested divorce proceedings.
Represent clients in civil litigation, including business disputes, landlord–tenant matters, loan disputes, federal and state employment law claims (including FLSA violations), workers' compensation cases, and personal injury actions.
