The Role:We are looking for an attorney with deep expertise in business and employment-based immigration. The successful candidate will navigate complex filings and provide strategic counsel to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:
- Manage a robust caseload of employment-based immigration filings, including EB-1A, NIW, L-1, TN, O-1, and H-1B visas.
- Draft, review, and file high-quality legal briefs and petitions.
- Provide clear, professional communication to corporate and individual clients.
- Maintain strict adherence to deadlines while working under the pressure of a fast-paced international practice.
Qualifications:
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in business immigration law.
- Language: Fluency in Chinese (Speaking and Reading) is mandatory
- Skills: Exceptional legal research & writing, communication skills
- Bar Admission: Must be a member in good standing of a State Bar (New York preferred).
- Mindset: A genuine passion for immigration law and a commitment to client success.
