About the Job:We are #hiring - Business Immigration Associate
We are a busy boutique immigration law firm based in New York City, seeking an experienced Business Immigration Associate to join our growing team.
Our firm handles a high volume of employment-based and family-based immigration matters. We specialize in a broad range of cases, including L-1, H-1B, R-1, TN, O-1, P-1, E-1/E-2, PERM, EB-1, EB-2/EB-3, NIW and naturalization applications.
This is a long-term position offering significant opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage employment-based, business cases
- Conduct legal research and analyze supporting documentation
- Draft legal briefs, petitions, and support letters
- Review and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Correspond with government agencies, including USCIS, DOL, and DOS
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with a large client base
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in business immigration law is a must
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative, solution-oriented approach to complex immigration matters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in immigration case management systems
- Fluency in an additional language is a plus
Compensation:
