Qualifications:

Must be a member in good standing with a Florida Bar license
At least 3 years of family law experience
Must be motivated and driven
Must be committed to practicing law in accordance with the highest standards
Must have a strong understanding of Florida family law and procedure
Must be highly skilled handling all aspects of a family law case through trial
Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish/Portuguese) is preferred

Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective clients
Identify and develop a case plan and strategy
Complete discovery and prepare for hearings/mediation/trial
Take depositions
Maintain excellent client communication
Adeptly handle case and all court proceedings
