Description:
Position Overview:The selected attorney will manage a diverse criminal caseload from misdemeanors to serious felonies and represent clients through all phases of criminal proceedings. The ideal candidate is confident in court, strategic in approach, and client-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trials
- Conduct legal research and case investigations
- Develop and execute effective defense strategies
- Negotiate plea agreements
- Draft motions and other legal filings
- Advise and communicate with clients throughout their cases
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of criminal defense experience
- Strong trial advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to high ethical standards
- Spanish (Bilingual)
