Frassetto Law LLP is a nationally recognized defense litigation firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney with a minimum of eight years of general civil litigation experience or five years of insurance defense experience. We defend Fortune 100 and 500 companies, retailers, professional sports teams, public entities, schools and universities, and other business organizations in the greater Bay Area and throughout Northern, Central, and Southern California.

Applicants must be a licensed member of the State Bar of California, in good standing. Law review experience and/or judicial internship/externship experience are favored.

All candidates should meet the following criteria:

At least 8 years of general liability or 5 years of personal injury/insurance defense experience
Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills and attention to detail
Working familiarity with civil discovery statutes and the CCP
Law & Motion and pre-trial experience
Available for periodic day travel to various Northern California jurisdictions for court appearances, site inspections, client interviews, and depositions
