Description:

George Sink Injury Lawyers is looking for an outstanding Bilingual (Spanish) Pre-Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of high-volume Personal Injury and Workers Compensation experience.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Attorney Skills and Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina
Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina and/or Georgia, is a plus
Possess great Reporting & Research Skills
Able to build Client Relationships and practice Client Confidentiality
Must be able to Plan, be Organized & Dependable
Attention to detail

Attorney Job Duties:

Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, or legal rights and obligations.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case.
Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
