Experienced attorney needed for business litigation, intellectual property, and consumer litigation matters. 20 hour per week billable requirement and no insurance defense work. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle depositions and dispositive motion drafting and arguments. Strong academic performance a must. Strong writing skills a must. Dispositive motion writing sample along with two professional references must be included with resume.

We litigate many cases that are locally or nationally prominent, but we have fun working together. We love trying cases. Our office is a restored Savings & Loan headquarters from 1964, and it is amazing. We usually take weekends off, and we try to be out of the office by 5 each day.
