We specialize in high-stakes personal injury and insurance disputes, fiercely advocating for clients who have suffered serious harm. We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload under attorney supervision from intake through resolution
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
- Conduct legal research and client intake interviews
- Assist in preparing cases for trial, arbitration, and mediation
- Attend court appearances, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates
- Collaborate with staff and attorneys to support case strategy and execution
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligible)
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
