We are seeking a Senior Associate or Junior Counsel to focus on the Compensation and Benefits aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. Opportunities available in Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley.Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements.
- Develop and manage equity incentive plans, including profits interest plans.
