Position:
A International Law Firm that Specializes in Finance, Government Law & Real Estate is seeking a highly qualified 2nd – 3rd year associate to join the Executive Compensation practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience with executive compensation arrangements, equity compensation plans, and tax qualified plans. Experience in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other forms of business transactions is required.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have comparable law firm experience, outstanding academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent document drafting skills.
