Description:
Associate attorney needed to handle Louisiana succession and probate matters. Job duties include direct communication and consulting with clients to determine case strategy; drafting and preparation of pleadings to open, administer, and close estates; court appearances relative to motions and hearings; and research and drafting of legal memoranda in support and opposition of motions.Candidate must have 3 or more years of legal practice experience and be highly organized.
