Description:

A Maryland & DC Law Firm is seeking an attorney for our estates and trusts practice group. We are seeking a motivated, organized, hardworking attorney eager to learn and gain valuable experience.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Must be licensed, or eligible to waive in, to practice law in the state of Maryland. Being licensed in the District of Columbia and/or Virginia would be a plus.
Ability or desire to learn to administer probate estates in Maryland.
Ability or desire to learn to draft basic and sophisticated estate planning documents including those that incorporate estate and income tax planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing.
Works well with clients.

Candidates should be a member in good standing of the Maryland Bar, or eligible to waive in.
