Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on estate planning options and strategies.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
- Assist with the administration of estates, including asset distribution and tax filings.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans.
- Stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
Compensation:
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
