Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on estate planning options and strategies.
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
  • Assist with the administration of estates, including asset distribution and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans.
  • Stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

Compensation:
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
