The Simone Law Firm, P.C. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania to join our team.

You'll work directly with clients, guide families through important legal decisions, and handle matters involving Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Wills, Trusts, and Guardianships.
And while we're serious about delivering excellent legal representation, we don't believe being a successful attorney should automatically mean sacrificing your nights and weekends.

What Makes Someone Successful Here?
Clients often come to us during complicated or emotionally challenging moments. The right attorney combines strong legal judgment with the ability to make clients feel informed, confident, and supported.

- Confident — You're comfortable communicating in person, over the phone, and in court.
- Empathetic — You understand the human side of Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law.

- Results-focused — You take ownership and work toward successful outcomes.
- Collaborative — You enjoy working alongside paralegals, attorneys, and support staff.
- Ethical — Honesty, professionalism, and respect guide your work.
Why The Simone Law Firm?
We're not interested in creating an environment where attorneys feel they need to routinely work late nights or weekends just to keep up.
Instead, we want talented attorneys to have the resources, support, and autonomy necessary to perform excellent work and build sustainable careers.
You'll have direct interaction with clients and firm leadership while working with a team of paralegals and support professionals.
We also make a concentrated effort to maintain a positive office culture, including quarterly group outings, birthday lunches, and other opportunities for the team to connect.
We're growing, but we're still small enough that your work, ideas, and results will have a visible impact on the firm and the clients we serve.
