Description:

Sales-Savvy Estate Planning Attorney Wanted – Join the Best Law Firm You'll Ever Work For!

Are you an estate planning attorney who loves working with clients and closing deals? Or maybe you're a solo practitioner tired of the stress of running a business? If you're looking for a firm that values your skills, supports your growth, and actually lets you have a life outside of work, keep reading.

An Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney is not your typical law firm. We believe in taking care of our team first, and we're committed to creating a workplace where you can thrive without sacrificing your nights, weekends, or sanity.

What Makes An Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney Different?
  • We don't do nights or weekends—EVER. Our workweek is Monday-Thursday, 830 am-5 pm, and Friday 830 am-4 pm.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off. Yes, really. Take the time you need to recharge and be with your loved ones.
  • Work from home one day per week. Attorneys have a weekly “drafting day” with no appointments, and they can work from home that day.
  • We put family first. We know that when you have time to enjoy life, you're happier and more productive.
  • No endless calls or emails. All client meetings and calls are by appointment only—so you can focus without interruptions.
  • We value your growth. We offer training in advanced estate planning, Medicaid applications, and legal marketing strategies.
  • We work hard, but we make time for fun too!

Who We're Looking for:
  • Experience – You must have at least 3 yers of experience in estate planning and elder law.
  • A confident closer – You know how to lead client meetings and convert consultations into signed agreements.
  • An estate planning pro – At least 3 years of experience in estate planning and elder law.
  • A relationship-builder – You enjoy cultivating long-term relationships with clients, financial advisors, and referral partners.
  • A skilled communicator – You can explain complex legal concepts in a way that clients understand and appreciate.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the initial client meeting and guide them through their estate planning options.
  • Design and propose estate plans tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, financial advisors, and insurance professionals.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by writing articles, blogs, and social media content.
  • Work alongside our team to deliver exceptional service while having the support you need to succeed.
