Experienced Estate Planning Attorney | On-Site | Norwood, MAFisher Law LLC is hiring an experienced estate planning attorney with 5+ years of estate planning, tax strategy, and trust administration.

About the role:
You will lead client matters, manage business development, and draft complex documents. Specifically:
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their goals and family needs through direct interaction
- Handle trust funding, trust and estate administration, and probate-related matters
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with advisors and senior attorneys

Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. LL.M in taxation preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration
- Strong drafting experience with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related planning documents
- Strong experience with probates and trust administrations, including fiduciary accountings
- Knowledge of income, capital gains, estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax issues
- Experience with estate tax returns
- Special needs planning and elder law experience are a plus
