We are seeking an experienced estate planning attorney from a boutique or specialized practice to join our firm and assume a central role in a sophisticated, established estate planning practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, tax, and succession planning matters
  • Maintain and deepen strong client relationships through responsive, high-touch service
  • Work closely with attorneys and staff in a collaborative, boutique-style environment
  • Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm's estate planning practice

Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of focused estate planning experience, preferably in a boutique or specialized firm
  • Demonstrated strength in drafting complex estate planning documents with precision and judgment
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing matters with appropriate independence
  • Strong interpersonal skills; affable, approachable, and service-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Licensed to practice law (or ability to become licensed) in New Mexico
