Candidate
We seek an associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate to join our firm. We are looking for someone who is/has:

A self-starter.
An acute attention to detail.
Comfortable developing and maintaining client relationships.
Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Position And Compensation

Part-time or full-time.
In-office with the option to work from home on occasion.

Annual full-time compensation is based on experience. The base salary for candidates who meet the minimum experience requirement (5 years) starts at $127,500 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on experience.

Exceptional work-life balance with an annual minimum billable requirement of only 1,200 for full-time associates, with a bonus structure for hours billed above the minimum.

15 days paid vacation.
Up to 11 paid holidays per year

Bar dues, CLE, etc. covered by employer.

Qualifications:

ABA accredited law school graduate.
Licensed to practice law in California.
Competent in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience with WealthCounsel drafting software is desired but not required.
